Q:How often should I give ParaGard Allwormer to my dog?
A: Paragard is an all-wormer for dogs formulated in an oral chewable form to protect against worm infections in dogs. It contains praziquantel and oxibendazole and protects dogs against almost all common intestinal worms.
Q: My dog will avoid chews like the plague and she will not touch any food with it mixed in. Most chews are to big to administer directly, so I have to break it into at lest three pieces. This is so traumatic to do three times. Is there a small tablet out that will do the job?
A: If your dog is unable to take the treatment, please consult with a vet for the recommendation of suitable worm treatment for your pet.
