Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Cancelling an Order

Sentinel Spectrum is a multi-spectrum dewormer treatment for dogs. It prevents heartworm infection by killing immature form of heartworm. The oral treatment treats and controls hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms (including hydatid tapeworms), and whipworms. It provides long-term protection and controls flea infestations and flea allergy dermatitis in dogs by preventing the development of flea eggs and larvae. It is safe to use in puppies from 6 weeks of age including breeding, pregnant, and lactating dogs.
*Does not kill adult fleas currently on the dog. This monthly dosage protects dogs from all the harmful intestinal worms, prevents heartworms and controls flea infestations -long-term.
How does it work?
Used in the prevention, control and treatment of various worm infections, Sentinel Spectrum Spectrum is an excellent oral treatment for dogs. It contains milbemycin oxime, which disrupts worms’ nervous system, and cause death. It eliminates the immature stage of the heartworm larvae and the adult stage of hookworms, roundworms and whipworms. Sentinel Spectrum also contains lufenuron, an insect development inhibitor, which breaks the flea life cycle by inhibiting flea egg development. It prevents flea eggs from hatching and thus prevents and controls flea infestation by breaking the flea life cycle. Does not kill existing adult fleas on the dog.

Before administering Sentinel Spectrum, weigh your dog first.
Administer Sentinel Spectrum once a month on the same day of each month year round.

Sentinel Spectrum provides the broad spectrum coverage against gastrointestinal parasites such as hookworms, roundworms, whipworms and tapeworms.
It kills flea eggs, flea larvae and prevents flea infestation in dogs. Does not kill existing adult fleas on the dog.

Contraindications
In rare cases, adverse reactions like vomiting, diarrhea, depression/lethargy or pruritus have been reported.
Contact your vet if any unusual signs are seen after treatment.
Warning
This product must be administered MONTHLY to prevent heartworm infection.
It is recommended for use all year round.
Please seek advice from your veterinarian regarding heartworm testing PRIOR to using this product if:
your pet is older than 8 weeks of age when you start using this product OR
one of the monthly doses is missed or is late by more than 1 week.
